Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets to Sundara. Please review our refund policy below before completing your purchase.

General Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. We encourage you to be certain of your plans before completing your order.

Event Cancellation

If Sundara is cancelled by the organisers and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket face value. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days of the cancellation announcement.

Event Rescheduling

If the event is rescheduled to a different date, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

Partial Cancellation

Changes to the lineup, schedule, or programme do not constitute event cancellation and are not grounds for a refund. We reserve the right to make changes to the event as needed.

How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund under the conditions above, please contact us at festivalsundara@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order confirmation number
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond to all refund requests within 7 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for personal circumstances including but not limited to: travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
